World Dairy Summit 2010
 
New Zealand is honored to host the IDF World Dairy Summit, November 2010. The extensive conference program will cover the full dairying spectrum, including Dairy Farming, Environment, Dairy Policies and Economics, Dairy Science and Technology, Nutrition and Health, Marketing, and the Dairy Leaders Forum.
 
In addition, the WDS2010 will feature specialized conferences on Bioactives (1 day) and Cheese Science (2 days). The focus will be on practical innovation: demonstrating where science has resulted in better or novel products for the market.
 
Another important element of the WDS2010 is the focus on sustainability across the business.
