The American Dairy Products Institute (ADPI) and CME Group invite you to attend an event specifically designed to help dairy industry participants learn the key concepts involved in managing price risk and volatility in the dairy commodity markets.

The two day seminar on November 8th and 9th will introduce the fundamentals of hedging with dairy futures and options contracts. 

Sessions are scheduled to start at 7:30 am both days. Thursday's session will wrap up around 5:15 pm and all attendees will be invitied to join us for a reception that evening. The seminar will conclude at 11:00 am on Friday afternoon.

An Optional Education Session: Fundamentals of Dairy Risk Management will  be offered on Wednesday, November 7th.

We are facing one of the greatest challenges: feeding a growing world population while at the same time, reducing our impact on the environment and decreasing the incidence of diet-related chronic diseases. This challenge can only be met by building a more detailed and comprehensive understanding of food through research and bringing this knowledge to practice through innovation. Particular attention is focused today on new functional ingredients able to modulate the composition of the human gut microbiota.
