This webinar is designed to 1) provide a basic understanding of the composition, manufacture, and functional properties of the most popular dairy ingredients 2) describe the main uses of dairy ingredients,  and 3)  introduce the key organizations involved in dairy ingredients.  Improved understanding of the dairy ingredients sector will enhance the ability of ingredient suppliers to address potential customer needs and help end users to make better choices of ingredients to deliver product attributes to the eventual consumer.

Time:   1-2 pm CST

Format:  5 minute introduction, 40 minute Presentation with powerpoint slides,  10 minutes Q&A,  5 minutes Wrap-up.
