The fees will increase 10 percent effective August 2013 and an additional 10 percent effective February 2014. Agropur Expands With Nova Scotia's Cook's Dairy

Agropur, a Quebec-based dairy cooperative, plans to buy Cook's Dairy, maker of chocolate milk, ice cream, sour cream and other products, a move which will expand the Quebec operation's product mix and geographic reach. Cook's, a Nova Scotia-based, family-owned dairy, has been operating since the 1940s. Terms of the sale were not released.
