Americans View On Food Safety

Only 11% of Americans gave food safety a grade of 'A,' while 46% give food safety a fair, poor or failing grade, according to an Ipsos/McClatchy poll. While 57% of those surveyed believe food safety is unchanged from six months ago, 28% stated that it is worse and 15% believe food safety improved.
