ABF Ingredients, a Division of Associated British Foods plc has merged two of its U.S. business units. Protient Inc., headquartered in Roseville, Minnesota, U.S. has merged with PGP International, headquartered in Woodland, California, U.S. Zachary S. Wochok, CEO of PGP International heads the combined business which will operate under the PGP International name.
