New Milk Processing Plant Opened in Philippines

A new milk processing facility in the Philippines is expected to aid the local dairy farming industry by offering coaching in new skills and providing additional income to farmers. The plant was created in part by funding from Land O' Lakes Foundation Philippines and the USDA.
