Chapman University is a mid-sized, private liberal arts-based university located in historic downtown Orange in Orange County, California, 35 miles south of Los Angeles. The Food Science program offers an MS in Food Science and a joint MS MBA. The Food Science program is part of the Schmid College of Science and Technology. It has five full time faculty members, and is housed in the new Keck Center for Science and Engineering. Spacious food science teaching and research labs in food processing, food chemistry and food microbiology with state-of-the-art equipment provide vital hands-on experiences for our students. The food processing laboratory invites industry partners to utilize equipment for their projects.
