The Department of Food Science at Cornell University in partnership with The Northeast Dairy Foods Research Center has mission to grow dairy food science education and research to build the future leaders and technologies for the dairy industry. We also provide support to industry through dairy science workshops, dairy pilot plant for testing & scale up, and new dairy business startup services.
