Nissei Kyoeki holds 80 years of history as a specialized trading company in food, chemical, and building materials that started when we began dealing in milk casein in 1932. Their main team is in charge of the distribution of food materials, mainly dairy products, to manufacturers and distributors who utilize these dairy products as major raw materials (the dairy industry, confectionery production, nutrition, etc.). Among these operations, the amount of milk proteins (casein, caseinates, WPC, MPC) and lactose we handle comprises one of the top shares in Japan. This department provides support on every aspect of the production process, from the development stage of products to the manufacturing of prototypes and data creation.
