Reykjavik Creamery is a high-tech dairy manufacturing facility, specializing in contract manufacturing premium high protein, cultured dairy products. Our specialty is strained yogurt, called Skyr otherwise known as Icelandic Style Yogurt as well as Greek yogurt. We use ultra filtration to strain all of our yogurt products. We process both conventional and organic milk.
