Established in 1914, our dairy farmer owned co-operative includes 101 supply farms, all located within 7.5 miles from the processing site. This tight-knit supply base allows for careful control over milk quality. The majority of our products are exported to almost 40 countries, including our key markets of Japan, China, South-East Asia and the USA. At Tatua USA, our technical sales team work closely with customers and supplies our range of nutritional products and bulk dairy ingredients. These include whey protein hydrolysates, casein phosphopeptide, functional lipids and specialty proteins including lactoferrin, lactoperoxidase and co-isolate, as well as our dairy and plant-based peptones for diagnostic media, microbial fermentation media, probiotics media, biopharma and cell culture. Tatua USA also supplies our bulk dairy ingredients, including wide range of caseinates, whey protein concentrate and anhydrous milkfat.
