 Arla Foods Buying Ingman Dairy
Arla Foods has announced it is buying the remaining 70 percent of the Sipoo-based dairy. Ingman, long a family business, will now be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sweden's biggest dairy group.

Arla bought a partial ownership of Ingman a year and a half ago. It says the buyout will not change Ingman's operations.

Valio dominates the vast majority of the Finnish dairy market, but Ingman has given it stiff competition in the ice cream sector. Ingman has ice cream manufacturing plants in Finland, Sweden and Lithuania.
